摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a steel sheet having glass lining resistance and low in the deterioration in material caused by repeated heating and cooling by subjecting a steel having a specified compsn. constituted of C, Si, Mn, Al, TN, Nb, Ti and Fe to specified heat treatment and thereafter rolling it. CONSTITUTION:A steel contg., by weight, 0.04 to 0.15% C, 0.01 to 0.5% Si, 0.10 to 2.0% Mn, 0.005 to 0.10% Sol.Al and 0.0020 to 0.050% TN, contg. one or two kinds of 0.005 to 0.10% Nb and 0.005 to 0.10% Ti, furthermore contg., at need, prescribed amounts of Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo, etc., and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is heated to >=1100 deg.C and is rolled, and its finishing temp. is regulated to >=650 deg.C. In this way, the steel sheet for a glass lining apparatus having excellent glass lining resistance and low in the deterioration in material even in the case of the thermal hysteresis of repeated heating and cooling in the stage of glass burning can be obtd.

A rolling stage where the cross-sectional shape is changed so that the height variation/thickness variation of the ring-like material to be rolled satisfies an approximately constant value within the range of 0.36-0.47 and the thickness draft in the radial direction per revolution is 0.9-1.1% is included in the entire part or a partial part on the way of rolling.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium oil-circulating and supplying device for suitably dissolving, separating and reducing plastic wastes on the surface and in the upper portion of a heat medium in a dissolving and separating tank, and to provide a method for circulating and supplying the heat medium oil. SOLUTION: This heat medium oil circulating and supplying device 14 is formed by sequentially disposing a heat medium oil-discharging port 19 disposed in the side wall of a dissolving and separating tank 11, a heat medium oil-discharging system 20, a heat medium oil-supplying tank 22 equipped with a heat imparting mechanism 21, a heat medium oil-supplying system 23, and a heat medium oil-supplying device 24. Heat is imparted from an electric heater 26 in the heat medium oil-supplying tank 22, and the discharged heat medium oils 10a, 10b, 10c are controlled to a temperature necessary for dissolving S/D with a TIC 27 and then delivered as the heat medium oil 10 to the heat medium oil-supplying device 24 through the heat medium oil supplying system 23. The heat medium oil 10 is supplied on the liquid surface in the dissolving and separating tank 11 through a nozzle 24a, thereby producing a revolving flow 18 in the heat medium oil 10 in the tank, loading and revolving S/D charged in the revolving flow 18, and sufficiently giving a retention time necessary for dissolving, separating and reducing the S/D.

摘要： PURPOSE:To treat at low cost foul odor generated from a human wastes treating plant and a sewage plant by blowing waste gas etc. containing high concentration foul odor into a burning chamber of an incinerator as incinerator temp. control air. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas generated from a human wastes treating plant 1 and a sewage plant 2 and having high concentration foul odor with a large quantity of H2S is blown into a burning chamber 5 of an incinerator 4 as control air for temp. of the incinerator and its foul odor is treated by thermal cracking. On the other hand, low concentration foul-odor waste gas containing little H2S is introduced into a chamber 9 by a blower 8 and added together to foul odor from a waste pit 10 and the mixture is blown from the underside of a fire grating as burning air via a gas type air preheater 12 and low concentration foul odor and foul odor from the waste pit are deodorized and treated simultaneously. Thus, strong corrosive waste gas containing H2S in strong foul odor gas is directly blown into the burning chamber as control air for temp. of the incinerator and therefore, corrosion of the incinerator equipment can be prevented.

SOLUTION: S/D 18 which was charged continuously from a supply apparatus 13 into a dissolution/separation tank 11, while being continuously sprayed with heating medium oil 17 from the nozzle 22a of a revolution apparatus 14 on the upper surface side, is rotated with the periphery of a cylindrical bank 12 caught by the revolving flow 10 of the oil 17. The S/D 18, while being retained sufficiently by the revolution, is dissolved/separated in the oil 17 and volume- reduced to be separated into suspended substances 23 of a small density such as plastics and sediment 25 of a large density such as metals. The suspended substances 23, while being floated on the surface of the oil 17, are extruded continuously by a scraper conveyer 16a to be discharged outside a system, separate the oil 17 by a vibrating screen 24a, and are recovered in a recovery tank 26a.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolving/separating installation for a metal composite plastic waste which is capable of efficiently separating/recovering plastics and an inorganic material such as metals. SOLUTION: S/D 18 is guided by a weir 12, gyrating around the latter while a heat medium oil 17 is poured onto the upper face of the S/D 18 and sufficiently resides in the periphery of the weir 12. In this process of the residence, the S/D 18 is separated and dissolved into the oil 17, reducing its volume and is separated into a suspended matter 23 such as the plastics of low specific gravity and a sediment 25 such as metals of high specific gravity. The suspended matter 23 is continuously pushed out by a scraper conveyor 16a while being suspended at the liquid level of the heat medium oil 17 and then is carried out of the system. The suspended matter 23 and the heat medium oil 17 are separated from each other by means of a vibration sifter 24a. On the other hand, the sediment 25 precipitates downward and is gathered by means of a rake 32 to a discharge opening 20 and is continuously carried out of the system by a scraper conveyor 15a.

SOLUTION: The S/D dissolving/separating installation comprises a dissolving/ separating vessel 11 for S/D 18, a columnar weir 12 installed in the center, a S/D supply device 13 mounted on the upper part, in the circumferential side, of the weir 12, a heat medium oil supply device 14 which makes the S/D 18 gyrate around the weir 12 after pouring a heat medium oil 17 onto the upper face side of the supplied S/D 18, a discharge device 16 for a suspended matter in the heat medium oil 17, provided on the top of the device 14 and a discharge device 15 for a sediment, annexed to the lower part of the discharge device 16. In addition, the S/D 18 is continuously supplied to a space between the inner wall of the dissolving/separating vessel 11 and the columnar weir 12, and the heat medium oil 17 is injected into the upper face side of the S/D 18. Thus the residence time for the S/D 18 is prolonged by making the S/D 18 gyrate around the columnar weir 12 and consequently, it is possible to efficiently/surely separate the suspended matter 28 such as the plastics of low specific gravity and the sediment 29 such as metals of high specific gravity.
