And the method of a corrective arithmetic operation is executed in such a way that the correction of the command value is performed so as to run over by the delay of the servo system at the termination of one moving process and to return to the middle point of the next moving process is issued. Also, the correction of the command value to shift the next command start to the above middle point is performed. Thereby, it is possible to follow up servo output with high accuracy by applying a series of corrective operations on all of the commands with respect to the movement of a polygonal line.

摘要： PURPOSE:To put an irregular impact excitation method in practice without manual operation and to achieve not only the facilitation of measurement but also measuring accuracy and stability, by driving an exciter on the basis of the signal of a signal generator irregularly generating a pulse like signal. CONSTITUTION:A force detector 8a is mounted to the impact part of the exciter 2 suspended at the position close to a structure 10 being an object to be measured by wires 20 and the force added by the impact of the exciter 2 is detected by said force detector 8a. A signal generator 3 generates an irregular pulse like signal to sent the same to the exciter 2 as an excitation signal. This irregular pulse like signal is passed through a filter to adjust the pulse width thereof to a degree suitable for operating the exciter 2 and imparted to the exciter 2 as an excitation signal. Since the exciter 2 irregularly applies impact to the structure, by measuring the excitation force detected by the force detector 8a and the vibration response (e.g., vibration acceleration) of the structure 10, a frequency response function can be calculated.
