摘要： PURPOSE:To make the contents of received traffic information accurate by transmitting the station information to a central unit if it is changed by an exchange device, and changing automatically the station information of the exchange device at the central unit according to the received station information. CONSTITUTION:The station information is sent to a central unit CT when a maintenance operator changes the station information through an extracting device DETi which is set opposite to an exchange device SWi. The unit CT changes the station information of the device SWi which is stored in a memory MM based on the received station information. Thus it is not needed for the maintenance operator to change the station information of the device SWi at the unit CT.

摘要： PURPOSE:To attain quick and proper regulation by transmitting overall regulating information from a regulation controller to an interface device starting its operation so as to set excahnges under controllng to the newest regulating state in a traffic control system. CONSTITUTION:A congestion detector 2 provided additionally to each exchange 1 supervises always the operating state of exchanges, transmits it to an interface device 4 as congestion information (c), which is transmitted to the regulating controller 5. The regulating controller 5 collects and analyzes the information (c), forms regulating control information (r), transmits it to a regulating earth identification device 3 provided additionally to the exchanges via the interface device 4 to regulate a call to ground. When the interface device 4 starts the operation after temporary stop due to a failure, the interface device 4 transmits the operating start information to the regulating controller, which transmits all the regulating states under registration so as to set each exchange to the newest regulating state.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an error in regulation due to the overlooking of convergence information and a deadlock due to an overload, by providing an interface device with a means for controlling the recognition from a load control indication from a regulation controller and transmission intervals of the convergence information. CONSTITUTION:For every exchange 1, the overload control level of the regulation controller 4 is set and the convergence detector 2 of each exchange 1 detects a convergence state at a prescribed period to send the convergence information (c) to an interface controller 6. Further, the information is sent from the device 6 to the device 4 to detect whether the information exceeds the internally set regulation level or not. When it exceeds and is lower than the regulation level, those states are reported to respective devices 6. Then, the device 6 controls a controller 3 corresponding to the exchange 1 to vary the transmission period of the convergence information to prevent system deadlocks 7 due to the overlooking of the information and an overload.

Then the following units are provided at device EDIT: control part P where the scanning command to devides A0-Anis given to scanning matrix part MTX; busy decision reference memory part M1; busy frequency memory part M2; and driving circuit DV1 and DV2 to drive element EFC and ABR each. Thus, the rate of the devices to be put under the busy state among scanned devices A0-An is calculated every period. And when the rate features the prescribed value, the busy state is decided with memorization and display of the rate.

The circuit 13 extracts sequentially the information r' in the waiting tenant memory, compares the information representing the degree of congestion, stores the information r' having the highest priority to a buffer 15 and the circuit 8 registers it to an idle tenant memory.

The controller 4 collects the congestion information from each exchange 1 under the controller's control and transmits the information to a regulation controller 5. The controller 5 analyzes totally the congestion information, forms the regulation information and transmits simultaneously the information to a regulation anti-ground identification device 3 of each exchange 1 via the controller 4. When the congestion information is transmitted from each exchange and the controller 5 goes to overload state, a means forming the overload control information is provided with the controller 5, the overload control information is trnsmitted to the controller 4 so as to attain traffic control in response to the amount of congestion information.
