    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-stop type transaction system allowing a changeover of a backup district system to a main without losing all transaction information. SOLUTION: In this non-stop type transaction system, a transaction terminal performs connection to a main district system to transmit a transaction request, further transmits a received transaction processing result to the backup district system, and executes a transaction settlement process. The backup district system stacks the transaction processing result to a latest transaction history log, and can change over the backup district system to the main without losing all the transaction information by synchronizing a main transaction database of its own district on the basis of the latest transaction history log and a backup transaction database when changing over a backup to the main. Accordingly, the following problem of a conventional non-stop type transaction system is solved: because the database of the backup district system is not necessarily perfectly synchronized with the main transaction database before breaking-down according to timing for changing over the backup district system to the main when the main district system breaks down because of an earthquake disaster or the like, there is the risk that the transaction information encountering a minute time lag thereof is lost.
