    • PURPOSE:To prevent a compressor from becoming a vacuum condition by forming a cutout on a part of a wave plate over a range in which one compression chamber is moved from the end of a discharge stroke to a suction stroke and introducing a fluid to be compressed into the compression chamber through the cutout. CONSTITUTION:In a compressor, as a wave plate 12 is rotated, the volumes in compression chambers which are formed by both front and rear end plates 4, 5 for covering both end faces of a pump housing, the wave plate 12, and vanes 13 which are reciprocated being slidingly in contact with both side faces of the wave plate 12, are varied compressing fluid in the compression chambers. In this case, a cutout 40 is formed on a part of the wave plate 12 over a range L in which one compression chamber E formed with the front end plate 4, the wave plate 12 and the vane 13 is moved from the end of a discharge stroke to a suction stroke which is connected to a suction port 32. Thereby, the compression chamber can be prevented from becoming a vacuum condition preventing the lowering of suction efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a rotation preventing mechanism for a scroll type compressor and to reduce the size, weight, and cost. CONSTITUTION:A moving scroll 2 has a vortex-form tooth part 14 and is driven by a rotary shaft 1 and is revolved around a fixed scroll 3, having a vortex-form tooth part 17, and effects compression operation of fluid. To prevent rotation of the moving scroll, a plurality of pin members 9 and 10 are formed in a state to be axially protruded from the end plate 12 of the moving scroll 2 and the inner end face, positioned facing the end plate of the moving scroll, of a casing 4, the pin members being brought into contact with each other. In this case, density of arrangement of the pin members which are moved to a position, where the moving scroll is supported thereby, at a period when rotation torque of the moving scroll is increased can be increased. Regarding the diameters of the pin members 9 and 10, 1/2 of a total sum of the diameters is made equal to an eccentric amount of the moving scroll 2 from a rotary axis, i.e., a revolving radius or is reduced to a value very slightly lower than the revolving radius.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the noise of a compressor by forming a roller for transmitting the change of bending of a web plate to a piston, from a magnetic material and permitting said roller to be always attached onto the web plate, in the compressor equipped with said roller. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cylinder parts 304 are formed on a housing 301, and a piston 305 is fitted is slidable manners in each cylinder part 304. A wave- shaped web plate 100 having two cycles of projection and recess is housed in the housing 301, and fixed at the edge part of a shaft 300. The piston 305 is moved in reciprocation in the cylinder part 304 through a roller 200 by the revolution of the web plate 100 through the shaft 300. In this case, the roller 200 is formed from a specific magnetic material which possesses a high strength, high hardness, and a strong magnetic force. therefore, the roller 200 is always attached onto the web plate 100, and the generation of uncomfortable acute noise can be prevented.
