    • PURPOSE:To restrain bounce upon opening and closing of a needle valve, and to provide a fuel injection valve whose durability is enhanced. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic fuel injection valve is provided with a needle valve 4 which is formed therein with a hole 10 having a predetermined length L and which is movable in a guide hole 9. Further, a stopper plate 13 for regulating the opening and closing positions of the needle valve 4, and a valve seat part 6 are provided in the injection valve. Further, magnetic powder 11 having a predetermined weight (m) is sealed in the hole 10 so as to be movable in the hole 10. When the needle valve 4 bumps upon the stopper plate 13 or the valve seat part 6, the magnetic powder 11 is moved by an inertia force thereof. The magnetic powder bumps upon a bolt 12 or a bottom part 27 with a delay of a predetermined time so that a repulsion force generated upon impingement of the needle valve 4 is canceled out. Accordingly, it is possible to restrain the bounce of the needle valve 4, and with the use of an inertia force exerted to the magnetic powder, it is possible to enhance the durability in comparison with the conventional one.

CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical swirler 37 is pressure-fitted and fixed to the lower part in a valve body 34, and the inner diameter needle through-hole 38 of the swirler 37 is pierced with a needle valve 35 slidably in the vertical direction. A fuel lead-in groove 39 for leading in fuel downward is formed at the periphery of the swirler 37, and fuel flows into a swirl chamber 40 from the fuel lead-in groove 39 through a swirl hole 41 from the tangential direction, so that the fuel swirls in the swirl chamber 40. A fuel injection chamber 43 formed downstream of a valve seat part 42 with which a needle valve 35 is brought into contact has the inner side face formed into taper shape and the bottom face formed into the spherical recessed face. A nozzle 44 is formed from the bottom face center of the fuel injection chamber 43 so as to pass through to the outside, and a plane part 45 is formed on the outlet side of the nozzle 44, at a right angle to the nozzle 44.

    • PURPOSE:To finely adjust an injection quantity without enlarging the size, improve productivity and safety reliability, and reduce the change with the lapse of time of the injection quantity. CONSTITUTION:Individual difference is generated in the projecting quantity of an injection adjusting pipe 9 for adjusting a fuel injection quantity, meanwhile, a prescribed positioning for connecting to an outward high voltage plug cord terminal is required for one end of a rod 20. Hereby, if the rod 20 and the injection quantity adjusting pipe 9 are directly connected together, or both are made into one body, dispersion of the size between the individual bodies and change of the acting force of a first spring 11 namely change of an injection quantity can not be controlled, and great inconvenience is generated from a standpoint of drawing out breakage of the rod 20. Against this, in this invention, the rod 20 as a high voltage inlet member and the injection quantity adjusting pipe 9 are separately formed, they are connected together through an electrically conductive spring 21, and hence they can individually deal with required positioning.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an electromagnetic fuel control valve that is able to generate a swirl flow in an injection fluid in a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A fluid inlet port 12 and a fluid injection outlet 17 both are installed in a housing 1 while a plunger chamber 8 is installed too. In addition, a plunger 9 being driven by a magnet coil 7 is installed in this plunger chamber 8. A valve element 10 opening or closing the fluid inlet port and a fluid passage 20 being interconnected to the fluid injection outlet both are formed in this plunger 9, and there is formed a conducting hole 23 which connects the plunger chamber and the fluid passage. This conducting hole 23 is formed into a diagonal sense to be crossed with the centripetal direction, through which a fluid flowing into this conducting hole is made so as to generate a swirl flow in the fluid passage. Accordingly, since the conducting hole is formed in the diagonal sense with the centripetal direction, the fluid run past this conducting hole produces the swirl flow in the fluid passage, thereby generating this swirl flow in a jet stream.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an accumulator fuel injection control device capable of smoothly controlling injection pressure. CONSTITUTION:The fuel accumulated in a common rail 15 is supplied to injectors 121, 122,... set in an internal combustion engine 11, and their infections are controlled corresponding to opening times of solenoid valves 131, 132,... controlled by a control circuit 14. A fuel is supplied to the common rail 15 from a high pressure pump 18 of quantitative force feed, and the high pressure fuel in the common rail 15 is exhausted through a pressure regulating valve 22. The opening pressure of the pressure regulating valve 22 is controlled by the control circuit 14. A throttle 23 is provided on the fuel exhaust side of the pressure regulating valve 22 to set a pressure corresponding to the discharge fuel quantity, and this pressure is supplied to a control valve 25 as a back pressure. The control valve 25 is set to communicate with the discharge side of the high pressure pump 18, and the discharged fuel from the high pressure pump 18 is returned to a fuel tank 19 in the state having the large back pressure.
