    • PURPOSE:To supply highly accurate measured data to a computer by forming a means for correcting an A/D conversion error generated by parts constituting the hardware of an input interface. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of 0% corresponding to no output from a detecting terminal 17 is outputted from a reference voltage generating means 20 and the digital value is stored in a reference voltage A/D value storing means 21. On the other hand, a voltage corresponding to 100% maximum voltage inputted from the detecting terminal 17 is outputted from the generating means 20 and the digital value is also stored in the storing means 21. An analog signal outputted from the detecting terminal 17 and A/D converted by an A/D converting means 5 is corrected in each channel by an A/D converted value correcting means 22. Thereby, the accuracy of the measured data obtained from the detecting terminal 17 is not influenced by the accuracy of hardware parts constituting an input means 3 and the A/D converting means 5 and high accurate measured data can be supplied to the CPU.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by arranging plural substrates which share an analog input/output part, a memory part, an operation control part, and a communication part and providing unit parts which control operations among these substrates. CONSTITUTION:The central processing part of a plant controller consists of a communication part 2 intermediated by an operator console 1, a unit control part 15, a data control part 17, an analog input/output part 18, a memory part 7, and an arithmetic control part 5. In this case, the communication part 2 and the unit control part 15 are provided on one card as a unit control card 16, and the data control part 17, the operation control part 5, the memory part 7, and the analog input/output part 18 are provided on one card as a unit card 19, and these cards whose number is required for control of an equipment are connected. When an operation control or the like is indicated from the operator console 1, each unit control part 15 retrieves data stored in the unit card 19 connected to it and outputs the result to the operator console 1.
