    • PURPOSE:To allow the presentation of adequate control procedures to an operator by making prediction by using an online reactor core simulator concerning an output change control and previously preparing an alternate control for the control having no allowance in restriction conditions. CONSTITUTION:The output change procedures are read in from a memory device 5 and the control to be executed next is determined by comparing the procedures and the state quantity of the plant in a control selector 6 when the output change control is started. This control is sent to a control predicting device 7 which predicts the core state at the time when this control is executed by using the result of the prediction made by a preliminary predicting device 1'. This control is sent to an input/output device 1 and is guided to the operator when the results of the prediction satisfy the limitation conditions. An alternate control selector 9 is started to select the alternate control satisfying the limitation conditions from the predicted 4 alternate control when the results of the prediction are evaluated 7 as not to satisfy the prediction conditions. The selected control is sent to the device 1 and is guided to the operator. The core state after the control is kept monitored by using the results of the prediction of the device 1' by a control monitoring device 8 when the operator executes the guided control.

CONSTITUTION:An abnormality is detected by a plant protective system 2 when the fault arises in a plant 1. The various operation factor signals of the protective interlock and, for example, the operation check signals of the protective interlock of the scram of a nuclear reactor are then outputted. These signals are inputted from an input processing section 4 of the plant fault diagnosing device 3. The operation factor signal is first hit and is once registered but the registration is erased when there is no input of the operation check signal within the prescribed period of time at this time. The interlock operates at this time and the operation check signal is inputted, then the holding of the two signals; this signal and the previous operation factor signal is first hit and the operation factor signal under the registration is diagnosed 5 as the first hit. In addition, this signal is displayed 7 via an output processing section 6.

Then, the current location of the mobile communication terminal is detected, and a seismic intensity scale at the current location, a time spared until a primary shake arrives and a convergence time of the primary shake are predicted by calculation, respectively, on the basis of the current location and the emergency earthquake information, and the prediction result is displayed as second and third reports.     • PURPOSE:To make a process of an abnormality diagnosis by an operator, much easier, and to enable an assistance of the abnormality diagnosis with a wide ranged realization and applicability by providing both an on-line input measure and a manual input measure of plant process informations. CONSTITUTION:A process data from a plant 11 is fed to a data memory 13 of an assisting device for plant abnormality diagnosis, by a data collector 12, and thereafter is output to a diagnosis device 14. To the diagnosis device 14, diagnostic logic informations from a diagnostic logic memory 15 which stores a previously prepared course consequence tree (CCT), and informations from a consequence memory 16 which stores a detailed abnormality consequence without a limitation by an input signal, are input, and then an abnormality of the process data is identified by the diagnosis device 14 and finally a diagnostic result is output to a display 17 of diagnostic informations. Also, input informations from an input device 18, after being input to a dialogue device 19 to interpretate the input informations, are input to an assisting device 20 of a diagnosis monitor, with which the abnormality diagnosis proceeds utilizing the diagnostic result of the device 14 and input informations from operators.
