    • PURPOSE:To ensure the quick and proper input of information by using an input auxiliary device which performs input of information just by indicating and selecting the information out of those information displayed on an information input device from an assumed input information recorder based on a request or instruction of an operator received from an information input device. CONSTITUTION:The information whose input is assumed is sorted previously based on items, key words, etc., and recorded as a hierarchical relational data base in an assumed input information recorder 4. In addition to this recorder 4, an information input device 2 is provided together with an information recorder 5 an information processor 3, and an input auxiliary device 6 which performs the input of information just by indicating and selecting the information out of those information displayed on the device 2 from the recorder 4 via the processor 3 by the request/instruction 1 of an operator supplied from the device 2. In such a constitution, the complicated key input operations for characters and symbols carried out via a keyboard can be omitted together with the complicated comparing job between the input information and codes. Thus it is possible to prevent the information from being scattered by the similar synonyms by supplying selectively the assumed input information.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the tracking performance of an output signal with respect to an input signal by providing a transient change detection detecting a transient change from the difference between an input signal and an output signal of a digital filter and providing a filter processing section so as to give the smoothing performance at the steady-state of the input signal and so as to change sequentially the time constant of the digital filter. CONSTITUTION:An interface, A/D converter or a D/A converter is used for an input section 1 and an output section 4 depending whether an external signal is a digital signal or an analog signal. A transient change detection section 2 obtains the absolute value D of the difference between an input signal Xi to a filter processing section 3 from the input section 1 and an output signal Yi from the filter processing section 3 to the output section 4, and when the value D exceeds a reference value D0, it is discriminated as the occurrence of a transient change and a signal informing the detection of transient change is inputted to the filter processing section 3. As the reference value D0, a value being n-time of the standard deviation of the input signal Xi, for example, is used, where (n) is a value decided by which of the smoothing and the tracking performance to be emphasized. The filter processing section 3 changes sequentially the time constant K to improve the tracking performance when a signal of transient change detection comes from the transient change detection section 2.

    • PURPOSE:To discriminate between vibration due to a vapor steam and other vibration by separating a detection signal from a vibration detector into plural frequency components and comparing the level ratio of the respective frequency components with a reference set value. CONSTITUTION:The detection signal of the vibration detector 1 is passed through a preamplifier 2 and a main amplifier 3, then passed through a frequency component separator consisting of plural BPFs 4, and converted 5 into effective values. They are A/D-converted 6 and then inputted to a microcomputer 7. The microcomputer 7 is stored with power levels of the respective frequency components at the time of a background noise or vapor leak and their total power level, and set values for detecting variation are provided above and below the total power level of the respective frequency components based on the total power level. Then it is decided whether or not the power of each smoothed frequency component exceeds the set values. When there is a frequency component exceeding the set values, a decision is made according to the fact that the background noise has many low frequency components and the vapor leak has many high frequency components; when leak occurrence is decided, a warning is displayed 8.
