摘要： Tomographic images are acquired of a posterior eye portion and an anterior eye portion of an examined eye using a single device. An ophthalmic device includes a scanning member, an objective lens, and an optical element. The scanning member scans light that has been emitted from a light source. The objective lens includes a first lens group and a second lens group in order from the scanning member side, and is an objective lens in which the second lens group is a lens group having a positive power. The optical element is capable of being inserted into and removed from an optical path between the second lens group of the objective lens and the scanning member. In a case in which the optical element is not inserted into the optical path, the objective lens configures a first observation optical system, and light that is scanned by the scanning member is focused in a first region of an examined eye. In a case in which the optical element has been inserted into the optical path, the objective lens and the optical element configure a second observation optical system, and light that is scanned by the scanning member is focused in a second region that is different from the first region of the examined eye.
