The resin solid content is a copolymer resin solid content composed of (A) methyl methacrylate and/or acrylonitrile, (B) ethyl acrylate and/or butyl acrylate and (C) acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid in a specific ratio in a specific ratio and is dispersed in water. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ethylene/acrylic acid copolymer resin dispersion having been prepared by using a small ammonia/acrylic acid equivalent ratio to reduce the emission of odor in neutralization and dispersion and yet having a small mean particle diameter, a low content of coarse particles and good storage stability. SOLUTION: This production process comprises neutralizing an ethylene/ acrylic acid copolymer resin having an acrylic acid content of 7-11mol% with ammonia in an amount to give an ammonia/acrylic acid equivalent ratio of 0.4-1.2 and dispersing the neutralized resin in water under agitation. The agitation is performed in two stages.
