    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical method for surely preventing an exterior material from being sucked into the joint part of a heat insulating material resulting in deteriorating its heat retaining performance, and also to provide a heat insulating container minimizing a heat loss by using a vacuum heat insulating material which prevents the lowering of thermal conductivity. SOLUTION: In the prevention means, a plate-like fixing member 80 covers the joint part 44 of the heat insulating material. The fixing member 80 is good enough that it is bonded so as to cover at least the joint part 44 in the surface of the heat insulating material. In this regard, the fixing member 80 does not have to cover the whole of the joint part 44, but has only to cover a part in several places. SOLUTION: The heat insulating container includes a resin-made internal container 20 equipped with a liquid flow-in outlet part 21, sheet-like interior material 30 and exterior material 50 consisting of a laminate film forming a gas-barrier layer for storing the internal container 20, and a heat insulating space 40 in a decompressed state with a heat insulating material 41 enclosed between the interior material 30 and the exterior material 50. An inter-layer adhesive for the laminate film is a two-liquid curable adhesive with an isocyanate resin as a curing agent being mixed with a polyurethane-type polyester polyol resin as a main agent.
