    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating structure of low-temperature piping having high workability in construction, and its construction method.
      SOLUTION: In this heat insulating structure of the low-temperature piping, an outer peripheral portion of the low-temperature piping 10 is longitudinally sectioned by every prescribed interval by sectioning materials 18, and a part between the sectioning materials 18 is covered by a jacket materials 12. The jacket material 12 is provided with a fill opening 14 and an air release opening 16, and non-woven fabric 20 is stuck to an inner face of the jacket material 12 at the air release opening 16. A synthetic resin foaming material 24 is filled in a space formed between the jacket material 12 and the outer peripheral portion of the low-temperature piping 10 by a spray gun 22, and a plug 26 is fitted to the fill opening 14 having air permeability, after filling the synthetic resin foaming material 24. In a foaming process of the synthetic resin foaming material 24, the air in the space and a foaming gas 28 generated in foaming are released to the external from the air release opening 16 through the non-woven fabric 20 and the filling opening 14 through the plug 26. After the synthetic resin foaming material 24 is foamed and solidified, the filling opening 14 and the air release opening 16 are closed by closing members 30.

The formed heat insulating material on the outer layer side can be disassembled by applying saw teeth to the part of the formed heat insulating material on the outer layer side opposing to the protection material 13 and cutting it deeply so as to cut into round slices without damaging the formed heat insulating material 2 on the inner layer side.
