摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an asbestos scattering preventive capable of making an asbestos-contg. material free from evolution of large amts. of smoke and toxic gas at the time of a fire and excellent in confinement of asbestos, by using as the main components a synthetic resin, an inorg. flame retardant, an inorg. filler and water. CONSTITUTION:The preventive comprises as the main components a synthetic resin, an inorg. flame retardant, an inorg. filler, and water. It is pref. that the preventive comprise 5-20wt.% synthetic resin, 20-60wt.% inorg. flame retardant, and 5-20wt.% inorg. filler. Use of an acrylic resin or a styrene-acrylic ester copolymer as the synthetic resin is pref. from the viewpoint of the strength, weatherability, etc., of a coating film to be formed. Use of a combination of aluminum hydroxide with magnesium hydroxide as the inorg. flame retardant improves the fireproofing performance of the preventive.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide good performance of initial bonding for a supporting tool and accomplish a sufficient bonding strength in a short while in a construction method, in which the supporting tool is bonded by adhesive to the surface of a substratum such as concrete mass, steel beam, column, and duct and in which heat insulation is attached to the supporting tool. CONSTITUTION:A film 2 of emulsion resin to prevent or suppress spatter of remaining asbestos fiber is formed over a concrete substratum 1 having got rid of insulation consisting of asbestos, and a supporting tool A is bonded to the surface of this film 2 with a paste-form adhesive 8 prepared by including emulsion resin in alumina cement. When the specified bonding strength is attained, heat insulation 7 is attached to the supporting tool. Thereby the viscosity of hydro-hardening cement and viscosity of the emulsion resin exert synergetic effect, and a satisfactory bonding strength can be obtained in a relatively short time, and this is serviceable due to excellent coldness and heat resistant properties and wide range thermal conditions without causing drop of the bonding strength.
