SOLUTION: An operating lever 42 is rotated approx. 90 degs. so that the cam crest 43 of a second cam 40 is positioned in the middle between the cam crests 31 of a first cam 30, and in this condition, an aid bar 22 is rotated so as to separate ridges 23,... on a movable member 20 from grooves 12,... provided in a shaft body 1. The aid bar 22 is rotated to the desired position so that the ridges 23,... are fitted in the grooves 12,.... The lever 42 is rotated approx. 90 degs., and the crest 43 of the second cam 40 is allowed to get on the crest 31 of the first cam 30. Accordingly the movable member 20 does not slide in the direction of the axis O nor make rotating, and the aid bar 22 is locked.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the increase of plus side stress and to prevent the permanent deformation of a spring by setting a deflection to load spring characteristic set from an attaching point to a transfer point provided in a section lower than a specified percentage of a deflection amount between the attaching point and a maximum compression point to be linear and a characteristic exceeding the above range to be downward projecting non-linear. SOLUTION: The spring characteristic of a compression coil spring is set to be linear from an attaching point to a transfer point set lower than first 30% in the range of a deflection amount between the attaching point and a maximum compression point. With respect to the increase of a deflection amount exceeding the above range and in the flexible range up to the maximum compression point, a downward projecting non-linear characteristic is provided where a spring load is gradually or suddenly increased. For example, if this compression coil spring is used for the valve spring of an internal combustion engine, the valve is rotated without using any valve retainers, the engine is miniaturized and reduced in weight and an engine performance is improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device of a seat belt whose vertical directional dimension is small and strength is high. SOLUTION: A lock arm 13 is rotatably arranged on a base bracket 11. A seat belt side member 42 is installed in a first arm part 35 of the lock arm 13. A ratchet 80 is rotatably installed in a second arm part 81 of the lock arm 13. A tip claw part 85 of the ratchet 80 becomes a shape of being displaced in the direction for meshing with check teeth 71 only when the lock arm 13 receives forward rotating force. A trigger lever 15 is rotatably arranged on the base bracket 11. The trigger lever 15 is supported by an upper surface of a moving body 17 when the moving body 17 exists in a first position, and prevents the lock arm 13 from rotating backward by bringing a locking part 62 of the trigger lever 15 into contact with a stopper wall 44 of the lock arm 13.

CONSTITUTION: A space in a cylinder 1 is sealed with fluid 5 and during linear movement of a slide body 3, the fluid 5 is compressed to buffer a load. A space between the inner surface 1a of the cylinder 1 and the outer surface 3a of the slide body 3 is sealed with an O-ring 6, and a gap at an engagement part between the key groove 2 and a key 4 forms an orifice. Since, in this structure, the gap is utilized as an orifice, there is no need to install an orifice, except a case of a flow hole being positively formed, and constitution is further simplified. This constitution reduces the size of a whole and improves a damping effect.
