摘要： Compositions and methods are provided for enzymes with altered properties that involve a systematic approach to mutagenesis and a screening assay that permits selection of the desired proteins. Embodiments of the method are particularly suited for modifying specific properties of restriction endonucleases such as star activity. The compositions includes restriction endonucleases with reduced star activity as defined by an overall fidelity index improvement factor.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method and equipment for data management and a data chip, wherein, the method for data management includes: receiving written data related with a writing request; writing the written data according to the current data management mode, wherein, when the data management mode is a first mode, storing the written data related with the writing request in an on-chip cache; when the data management mode is a second mode, storing the written data related with the writing request in the on-chip cache and an off-chip memory chip; receiving a reading request of the written data, searching the on-chip cache for the written data(1) according to the reading request, and if the written data can not be obtained from the on-chip cache, obtaining the written data from the off-chip memory chip, thus implementing the result of reducing the power consumption in the process of data access to the off-chip(3) memory chips(2).
