摘要： The present method and system relate to analyzing journeys of at least one subscriber consuming a plurality of Internet services, using at least one device over multiple access technologies. The method and system store in a database, for each subscriber, a series of unique identifiers, each unique identifier corresponding to a specific device of the subscriber. The method and system collect, by means of multiple monitoring probes, real time data from IP traffic; and extract information from the collected real time data, the information comprising one of the unique identifiers. The information is transmitted to an analytic system, where it is aggregated per subscriber, using the unique identifiers to federate the plurality of devices for the same subscriber over the multiple access technologies. For each subscriber, a journey is generated, by processing the aggregated information with the analytic system.

The method and system receive at a subscriber base system information extracted from collected data of IP data sessions. The extracted information comprises at least a unique identifier and a timestamp. The subscriber base system queries a subscriber database with the extracted information to correlate with a corresponding subscriber record. If the extracted information is correlated to the corresponding subscriber record, the extracted information is used to update the subscriber database. If the extracted information cannot be correlated to an existing subscriber record, the extracted information is used to create a new subscriber record in the subscriber database.

摘要： The present relates to a method and a system for generating metrics representative of IP data traffic from IP data records. The method and system receives, at an analytic system, IP data records representative of IP data traffic on an IP network. The method and system processes, at the analytic system, the IP data records from the perspective of at least one traffic dimension. The processing comprises, for each at least one traffic dimension: extracting information representative of the traffic dimension from the IP data records, and using the extracted information to compute at least one measure representative of the traffic dimension. The processing further comprises computing a metric, consisting of an aggregated value of the at least one measure representative of the traffic dimension against at least one traffic characteristic.
