摘要： The present invention relates to a water-based beverage containing soluble fibres. The water composition is substantially demineralized and has a neutral or acidic pH. The soluble fibres contained in the present water composition are selected from a group comprising oligosaccharides with a chain length of from about 2 to 20 units and digestion-resistant malto-oligosaccharides with a Molecular Weight of about 2000.
