    • PURPOSE:To improve the equipment shield characteristics in electronic circuits simply and at low cost, by sealing, into a spray body of the type using a compressed gas for spraying, metal grains to be sprayed which are insulated by an ultrathin film and coated with an air-curing bonding agent in the outer periphery thereof. CONSTITUTION:The spray consists of a spray body 2 of the type using a compressed gas for obtaining a predetermined spray force, and a nozzle 1 communicating with the inside of the spray body 2. Sealed into the spray body are metal grains 3 acting as grains to be sprayed. The grains 3, having a size of several mum to several tens of mum, are made of aluminum, silver or the like, and has an insulation film 4 of about 1mum on the outer surface thereof. As the insulation film 4, an insulation film by surface oxidation of the metal grains 3 or an insulation film of polymeric resin is used. The outer periphery of the insulation film 4 is coated with an air-curing bonding agent 5 and the metal grains 3 are strongly bonded.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a locally deformable sheet and to easily electrically seal a circuit of an arbitrary shape by connecting a conductive sheet of a metal cloth having flexibility and an insulation sheet having flexibility of a thin film by conductive adhesive of the thin film, and forming an integrated sheet. CONSTITUTION:A surface sheet 1 having conductivity is formed of a flexible aluminum thin plate or metal cloth knitted by metal yarns. On the other hand, a rear surface sheet 2 having insulation is formed of a thin film insulation sheet made of polyethylene, etc. The sheet 1 and the sheet 2 are adhered through a conductive thin film adhesive 3 to form a flexible shielding sheet 4 of sandwiched state. The sheet 4 has flexibility, and can easily be deformed locally by applying a local force. When a circuit 6 in a housing 5 is covered, the shielding sheets are matched to the housing and brought into close contact with one another by applying a local deformation.

CONSTITUTION:A rotor 52 and a stator 51 are arranged coaxially in contact with each other, a voltage is applied to a piezoelectric body 512 to vibrate the stator 51 in axial direction. A vibration in terms of a travelling wave travelling as lapse of time is excited in the circumferential direction of the stator 51, an elastic body 511 is resonated to the travelling wave to drive the rotor 52 in contact with the elastic body 511 of the stator 51 axially. In this state, an ultrasonic motor 5 is driven by an external power supply to drive a rotary guide 1 by 90 deg.C around the rotary shaft 6. Thus, the high frequency power energy inputted to the outside of the guide 7a is transmitted to the guide 7d with the guide 3b connecting to the guide 7a. Thus, the size is made small and the weight is made light.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier circuit with a stable frequency characteristic, in which a common mode input voltage range is as wide as, e.g. 0 to Vcc-1.0(V). SOLUTION: This operational amplifier circuit is made up of a Darlington differential amplifier circuit 10, consisting of transistors(TRs) of a conduction type (pnp) and a single differential amplifier circuit 20, consisting of TRs of the same polarity (pnp), and a changeover circuit 30 that selects either of the differential amplifier circuits, depending on an input voltage. Thus, the common mode input voltage range is widened, and each TR for the Darlington differential amplifier circuit 10 and the single differential amplifier circuit 20 is of the same conduction type and operated by a same constant current I1, so that the frequency characteristic is not changed through a changeover.
