    • PURPOSE:To reduce costs required in the construction site, and to make inspection, maintenance after installation and cleaning works easily executable. CONSTITUTION:Bottom board parts 3 are attached in projection to the bottoms of intermediate column bodies 1, and a plurality of intermediate column bodies 1 are provided in parallel with one another in the lengthwise and breadthwise directions. Then, bottom boards 13 are formed by cast-in-place concrete method or precast floor slab method between the bottom board parts 3 that are attached to the intermediate column bodies 1. Each of the upper faces of the intermediate column bodies 1 are spanned with beam bodies 8, and covering board bodies 12 are placed over the beam bodies 8. Thereby, costs required in the construction site by such works as transport can be reduced while making maintenance and inspection after the construction executable easily with visibility in the retarding basin ensured satisfactorily. Furthermore, the structure ensures free movement between the intermediate column bodies 1 for trucks or the like, making cleaning work executable easily.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the execution of works by fixing a sheathing panel by side column body itself, carrying out a retarding basin device body in the whole site and increasing the rate of a storage space to the site. CONSTITUTION:A section between sheathing panels 27 formed in a site through a space is dug down while being fixed by space holding members 28, thus forming a foundation bed 9. Connecting fittings 14 are exposed onto the foundation bed 9 by cast-in-place concrete, thus forming a ground 6. A side column body 2 and an intermediate column body 3 are juxtaposed oppositely between substrate sections 7, 7 through the connecting fittings 14. A bottom section 21 is formed by cast-in-place concrete while covering reinforcing fittings 17, 17 projected from the substrate sections 7, 7 and the connecting fittings 14, and connected and fixed integrally. Sections among the sheathing panels 27 and the side column body 2 are back-filled and the sheathing panel 27 is fixed by side column body 2 itself, and the space holding members 28 are removed, and the sheathing panel 27 on the intermediate column body 3 side is detached. The ground 6 is shaped successively, and the intermediate column body 3 is coupled and a cover body 4 is placed between oppositely faced base sections 18a, 18a, thus forming a retarding basin device body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bury cables such as power cabIes, communication cables, etc., in separate light-weight blocks, and make the depth of the excavation relatively shallow as a whole, and facilitate the burying work. SOLUTION: A block body 10 is made of plural block members 11 and 12. In each block member 11 and 12, plural lines of semicircular grooves 14 which form cable insertion holes in junction state are made in parallel at each other's junction faces. Wide parts 15 are made at both ends of the groove 14 of each block member 11 and 12. In each block member 11 and 12, a groove 17 which forms a graft groove material injection port 16 in junction state is made at the junction face. Each block member 11 in each top and bottom layer is in the same form, and each block part material 12 in the middle layer is in the same form. Couplings 19 for coupling the block members 11 and 12 are attached to both flanks of the block member 11 in the upper and lower layers, and adjacent several blocks 10 are coupled with each other by the coupling 19, using a bolt and a nut.
