    • PURPOSE:To easily and securely finish an arm hole beautifully by providing a pressing board to be installed near the arm hole root part of a mandrel supporter, holding mechanism to displace the pressing board from an arm root adhering state to a separating state, attaching/detaching mechanism of the pressing board to the holding mechanism and iron block to press the external surface of the pressing board. CONSTITUTION:At first, a pressing board 4 is separated from an arm root part 3 and an object 1 to be formed such as a jacket, etc., is hung over a mandrel supporter 2. Afterwards, the pressing board 4 is adhered to the arm root part 3 and between the pressing board 4 and the arm root part 3, an inner peripheral edge 40 of an arm hole A is held so as to be clipped. Then, air is sucked to the mandrel supporter 2 and the object 1 to be formed is adhered. Afterwards, the sleeve and the body of the object are pulled downward by a sleeve and body holding means and position deviation is prevented. Next, steam is jetted through an oscillating mechanism to the arm upper end part of the object 1 to be formed by the iron block and the object is pressed and formed. After forming, the iron block is separated from the object 1 to be formed and the suction of air is stopped. Then, the pressing board 4 is separated and the object 1 to be formed is detached.

    • PURPOSE:To perform automatic, simple, and reliable molding of a lapel and an edge by providing a third rocking means which brings the surface, positioned facing an upper front body, of an iron into a front body contact surface pressing state or a separating waiting state by rocking a second iron block. CONSTITUTION:By rocking a rocking body 34 as shown by an arrow mark E, a second iron block 6 is caused to approach a trestle 1, and by rocking a rocking plate 28 in the direction of an arrow mark G, a surface 26 corresponding to a front body is pressed by a front body 3c and with this state, steam is injected through irons 4 and 6. Thus, in this case, a lapel 3a is press-molded by means of the first iron block 4, and an edge 3b is press-molded by means of first and second iron blocks. After molding, after the stop of injection of steam, the second iron block 6, inversely, is returned to a separating waiting state and the first iron block 4 is returned to a separating waiting state. Further, the trestle 1 is returned, and by injecting air from the trestle 1, molded suits can be taken out.

    • PURPOSE:To surely enable the press forming of a lapel without damaging or gathering another part (back body) by providing a sucking means to suck steam, which goes into an interval part between right and left trestles for lapel, from a part corresponding to the interval part on the press surface of an iron block. CONSTITUTION:Right and left lapels 4b and 4a are loaded on lapel loading surfaces 5 and 6 of respective trestles 1 and 2 for lapel and in such a state, the loading surfaces 5 and 6 are turned to a sucked state. Then, the lapels 4a and 4b are turned to an adhered state to the loading surfaces and next, a block 3 and fitted to the right and left trestles 2 and 1 for lapel. In such a state, the steam is jetted out from lapel loading surface corresponding parts 19 and 20 on a press surface 7 and the steam, which goes into an interval part 14 (back body B) is sucked from an interval part corresponding part 15 of the press surface 7 and discharged to an external part. The air is blown out from the trestles 1 and 2 and after press forming, the iron block is separated from the trestles 1 and 2. Then, the lapels 4a and 4b are detached from the trestles 4a and 4b.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically and securely finish the external surface of an arm hole to be beautiful by providing 1st-4th moving means to rotationally move an iron block, to close or separate it to the arm root part of a mandrel supporter and to be parallelly and vertically moved respectively. CONSTITUTION:After preventing the position of an object to be formed such as a jacket, etc., hung over a mandrel supporter 2 from being deviated, the arm upper end part of the object to be formed is pressed and formed by an iron block 5 through an oscillating mechanism 44. In such a case, since the iron block 5 can be moved in arrow A, B, C and D directions by 1st-4th moving means 45-48, a press surface 5a of the iron block 5 is pressed to the external surface of the arm hole and steam is jetted. Afterwards, while maintaining such a state, the block 5 is moved forward so as to be bent corresponding to the external surface 4a of the pressing board 4 and falls down later. Therefore, the external surface of the arm hole in the object to be formed can be pressed and formed without being projected.

    • PURPOSE:To satisfactorily enable press molding regardless of whether cloth is thick or thin by providing a tilt mechanism to change the angle of an iron block to press a trestle. CONSTITUTION:The internal part of an iron block 2 for lapel is divided into upper and lower steam rooms 12 and 13 and upper and lower steam pipes 10 and 11 are communicated and linked to the respective steam rooms. When steam is generated only from the upper steam pipe 10, the steam is put out from the upper half of the aid block 2 and when the steam is put out from the both steam pipes, the steam is put out from the whole block 2. The iron block 2 can blow out not only steam but also air. Thus, a tilt mechanism 22 composed of a second cylinder 4, arm part 8 and shaft 7, etc., is provided so as to change an angle beta to press a trestle 3 by the iron block 2. For example, since this tilt mechanism 22 can control angles theta1 and theta2 formed by horizontally faced support parts 20 (the core of a third cylinder 6), the angle beta formed by the pressing surface of the iron block 2 and the front surface of the trestle 3 can be controlled to be increased or decreased.

    • PURPOSE:To steam-press both the shoulder sections of a sack coat or the like efficiently and press-form the shoulder sections neatly by arranging right shoulder section and left shoulder section iron blocks which can perform reciprocating motion in the horizontal and vertical directions, and a shoulder-shaped trestle which can be turned around a plumb axial core. CONSTITUTION:First, a left shoulder section iron block 1 is horizontally moved G to a press position by the working of a first cylinder 4. Interlocked with it, the left shoulder section 11 of a shoulder-shaped trestle 3 is rotated by 180 deg. to be confronted with the left shoulder section iron block 1. By a second cylinder 5, the left shoulder section iron block 1 is pushed vertically downward, and the left shoulder section of a sack coat fitted on the shoulder-shaped trestle 3 is steam-pressed. When the press comes to an end, then the left shoulder section iron block 1 is pulled upward, and a right shoulder section iron block 2 is horizontally moved H to the press position 16. interlocked with it, the sholder-shaped trestle 3 is rotated by 180 deg., and a right shoulder section 12 and the right shoulder section iron block 2 are confronted with each other. Then, by a cylinder 6, the right shoulder section iron block 2 is pushed downward, and the right shoulder section of the sack coat is steam-pressed to be finished.
