摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate, extract and display a part having a temperature change and a part having no temperature change by mixing and displaying three primary color image signals obtained from a time series temperature distribution image data. SOLUTION: The infrared ray 2 emitted from a subject 1 is stored in frame image memories 6R, 6G, 6B in time series, and the stored data every frame are inserted to a display device (CRT) through a D/A converter 8 as data of R, G, B. On the screen of the CRT 9, component signals of R, G, B are successively added and mixed. Accordingly, a part having no temperature change is displayed as a monochromic image, and for a part having a temperature change, a thermal image is displayed as the change of various hues of mixtures of R, G, B according to whether the temperature is lowered or raised. Thus, the state of temperature change of the subject 1 in a plurality of times can be obtained as one thermal image.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently evaluate an elastic modulus or stability on the slope of bedrock. SOLUTION: The surface of bedrock is measured while utilizing a heat infrared imaging system, further, nearby weather is measured and after measurement, air temperature, wind velocity and solar radiation quantity data are inputted to the heat balance model of a bedrock surface layer. While changing the heat inertia value of bedrock, a change of temperature on the surface of bedrock is calculated, heat inertia suited to the measured surface temperature is calculated back and from this heat inertia, the Young's modulus of bedrock is found by a porous body model. Then, digging analysis is performed by a finite element method(FEM) or the like while using the resulting Young's modulus, and local destruction or entire destruction is checked.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly judge the characteristic of the back of an existing sprayed slope to properly evaluate stability of the sprayed slope. SOLUTION: Thermal images at two time points such as a rank in relative temperature differences due to daytime solar radiation and a rank in relative temperature differences during night time among respective sites on a sprayed slope 11 for protecting a ground 10 are set side by side, and a site indicating a high or low temperature as a specific temperature change is extracted while comparing the two. Moreover, facts on a rear of the sprayed slope 11 is checked and inspected by drilling or the like to determine whether the site indicating the specific temperature change is a cavity 20, a soil 21, a normal part 22 or a humid part 23 from a temperature change pattern. This method provides sufficient inspection accuracy.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the thermal balance of an object as three-dimensional space distribution by executing one-dimensional scanning with a thermal picture recording point as a center and recording a picture as a global picture obtained by panning, tilting and globally enlarging it. SOLUTION: An infrared detection camera 3 is placed on the revolving panhead 19 of an electric stretching pole 18 erected on an outdoor environment observation vehicle 17. The electric stretching pole 18 can be extended to the height of 7m at maximum for avoiding the visual obstacles of vehicles and fences at the time of observation and overlooking/photographing much more ground faces and the wall faces of buildings and it is extended by an electric remote controller at 10mm pitches. The revolving panhead 19 can be panned and tilted. The maximum rotary angle is set to be 330 degrees, maximum rotary speed to be 90 deg./sec and maximum load weight to be 10kg. The angle display resolution of the panhead control part 20 is 0.01 deg., angle display precision is ±0.08 and angle reproducibility is ±0.1 deg..
