摘要： Provided is an oxide sintered body suitably used for producing an oxide semiconductor film for a display device, the oxide sintered body capable of forming an oxide semiconductor film exerting excellent conductivity, having high relative density and excellent in-plane uniformity, and exhibiting high carrier mobility. This oxide sintered body is obtained by combining and sintering a zinc oxide powder, a tin oxide powder, and an indium oxide powder. The oxide sintered body satisfies the following equation (1) when the oxide sintered body is subjected to X-ray diffraction, Equation (1): [A/(A+B+C+D)]×100≧70. In equation (1), A represents the XRD peak intensity in the vicinity of 2θ=34°, B represents the XRD peak intensity in the vicinity of 2θ=31°, C represents the XRD peak intensity in the vicinity of 2θ=35°, and D represents the XRD peak intensity in the vicinity of 2ν=26.5°.

摘要： The disclosure relates to a novel arrangement of a combustion chamber for diesel engines, which is defined by an inner wall including a fuel-impinging area formed of a metallic material, and a remaining area which at least partly is formed of a ceramic material or a like heat-resisting material. 摘要： Metallizing pastes are disclosed, which contain, as inorganic materials, 15 to 50% by weight of a component to form a glass phase and 50 to 85% by weight of a metallic molybdenum powder. The glass phase essentially consists of 5 to 25% by weight of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, 35 to 55% by weight of SiO.sub.2 and 30 to 55% by weight of MnO. A process for metallizing ceramic members is also disclosed. The metallizing paste is applied to surfaces of the ceramic member and the dried. The ceramic member with the dried metallizing paste is then fired in a temperature range from 1,200.degree. to 1,400.degree. C. for 0.5 to 10 hours in a mixed gas of hydrogen gas and nitrogen gas in which a ratio in partial pressure between steam and hydrogen, (P.sub.H.sbsb.2.sub.O /P.sub.H.sbsb.2), is adjusted in a range from 10.sup.-6 to 10.sup.0.
