摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a glycerol-free liquid fuel using glycerol-containing industrial waste produced as a byproduct at manufacturing of e.g. a biodiesel fuel, and an oxidizer composition used in the manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a liquid fuel includes a mixing step of mixing the glycerol-containing industrial waste, a mineral oil such as kerosene and the oxidizer composition comprising an oxidizer such as hydrogen peroxide and an acid. Preferably, in the mixing step, after mixing the industrial waste and the mineral oil, the resulting mixture is further mixed with the oxidizer composition.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient emulsion which is not separated for a long time and is capable of improving the fuel performance and exhaust gas without deteriorating a combustion engine.
SOLUTION: A surfactant composition containing 59-89 wt.% of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether type surfactant as a main component, 5-15 wt.% of a fatty acid ester as an auxiliary component, and further 1-9 wt.% of alkylene glycol is used as a main material and 1-5 wt.% of sorbitan monooleate is preferably added as an anticorrosive agent. After 0.2-2.0 wt.% of such a surfactant composition is previously dissolved in 100 wt.% of an oil, 20-80 wt.% of water is mixed and emulsification is carried out. A particularly preferable method includes: dissolving 0.2-2.0 wt.% of the surfactant composition in 100 wt.% of an oil; thereafter adding 10-50 wt.% of water, keeping the mixture still for 1 minute or more, preferably 3 minutes or more to put the mixture in water-oil separation state, and then carrying out emulsification by rapid mixing.
