    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbocharger generating set for effectively using exhaust gas exhausted by an internal combustion engine.
      SOLUTION: This turbocharger generating set has a gas turbine 2 and a compressor 3 driven by the exhaust gas exhausted by the internal combustion engine 1, and a permanent magnet generator 4 joined to the shaft end of the compressor 3, and is constituted for controlling an output effective current of an inverter 6 so that a rotating speed of the permanent magnet generator 4 is kept in a predetermined value, by inputting the rotating speed of the permanent magnet generator 4 to a current control means 10 by being detected by a speed detecting means 13, and even if torque TE varies by a variation in the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine 1, a rotating speed of the gas turbine 2 is maintained at a proper speed, and while providing the effect of increasing intake pressure by the compressor 3, surplus energy of a turbocharger is maximally used for power generation.
