    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a brewing lees concentrate and a dried material of brewing lees to be a raw material such as a feed from the brewing lees without requiring complicated processes or equipment or numerous energy. SOLUTION: The brewing lees concentrate is produced by treating a liquid obtained from the brewing lees with an enzyme consisting essentially of cellulase and containing xylanase and then concentrating the resultant treated liquid. The xylanase is preferably contained so as to provide ≥1/2 xylanase activity thereof based on a CMC (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) activity with the cellulase. An enzyme obtained individually from one or two or more species of microorganisms selected from the group consisting of molds of the genus Trichoderma, molds of the genus Aspergirus and molds of the genus Irpex, respectively or obtained as a cellulase-xylanase mixture is used as the enzyme.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded salt for feed utilizing table salt recovered from food processing residue, having high strength, and inhibited from formation of peroxide; and to provide a method for producing the molded salt for feed.SOLUTION: The molded salt for feed is obtained by: heating a salt composition comprising table salt separated from food processing residue, and crude protein; and compressing and solidifying the heated salt composition. The molded salt for feed contains ≥10 meq/kg of organic oxidation-reduction substance as an oxidation-reduction equivalent weight, and contains 0.1-10 wt.% of the crude protein. The method for producing a molded salt for feed comprises: heating a salt composition to 50-110°C before being charged in a mold, or heating the salt composition to 50-110°C after being charged; thereafter compressing and solidifying the composition under the pressure of 0.1-10 kg/cm(0.01-1 MPa); and molding the solidified composition.

The system for recycling Japanese spirit lees as resources is provided with: a solid-liquid separating means for subjecting Japanese spirit lees to solid-liquid separation; a concentrating means for concentrating the separated liquid obtained by the solid-liquid separating means to produce the concentrated material; a recycling means for recycling the concentrated material as resources; a burning means for burning at least a part of the concentrated material; and a steam recovering means for utilizing the heat of combustion obtained by the burning means to recover steam.
