    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device that can suppress variations in various input information even with varying usage environment temperature.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device includes: a sound source IC 1; an amplifier 2 for amplifying a sound source from the sound source IC 1; a piezoelectric speaker 3 for emitting a sound according to a drive signal from the amplifier 2; an MPU 4 for applying predetermined control processing to the drive signal; a memory 5 storing temperature dependence information about a piezoelectric constant dand Young's modulus E of the piezoelectric speaker 3; and a temperature sensor 6 for detecting an atmosphere temperature. The MPU 4 has compensation means 4a for matching the detection result of the temperature sensor 6 against the temperature dependence information and, in accordance with the matching result, temperature-compensates the drive signal, which is an acoustic signal. The piezoelectric speaker 3 outputs the acoustic signal temperature-compensated by the compensation means 4a.
