SOLUTION: The resin composition includes a propylene-based block copolymer satisfying [1]-[8], an elastomer, a filler, and a luminous material: [1] having a melt flow rate in a predetermined condition of 5 g/10min to 150 g/10min; [2] composed of a predetermined amount of n-decane-soluble portion (Dsol) and a predetermined amount of n-decane-insoluble portion (Dinsol); [3] having molecular weight distribution of Dsol of 7.0 to 20; [4] having an ethylene content of Dsol of 25 to 45 mol%; [5] having intrinsic viscosity of Dsol of 1.8 to 4.0 dL/g; [6] having molecular weight distribution of Dinsol of 7.0 to 20, and Mz/Mw thereof of 6.0 to 20; [7] having a pentad fraction of Dinsol of 95% or more; and [8] having a predetermined value of a copolymerization index of propylene and ethylene in Dsol.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination film being excellent in transparency, low temperature sealing property, anti-blocking property, low temperature impact strength and heat-seal strength at sufficient balance. SOLUTION: The lamination film comprises a propylene-based random block copolymer (A) constituted by 90-70 wt.% of a portion (D insol ) insoluble in n-decane of room temperature having a melt flow rate in a range of 1-20 g/10 min and a melting point in a range of 110-140°C and satisfying the following (1)-(3) and 10-30 wt.% of a portion (D sol ) soluble in n-decane of room temperature satisfying the following (4)-(6), and polymerized by a metallocene catalyst system. (1) Molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) determined from GPC of D insol is 1.0-3.5, (2) a content of a skeleton derived from ethylene in D insol is 0.5-13 mol%, (3) total of 2,1-insertion bonding amount and 1,3-insertion bonding amount of propylene in D insol is 0.2 mol% or less, (4) molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) determined from GPC of D sol is 1.0-3.5, (5) intrinsic viscosity [η] in decalin of 135°C of D sol is 1.5-4.0 dL/g, and (6) a content of a skeleton derived from ethylene in D sol is 15-35 mol%.
