Width of the fitting grooves 14 and 15 is formed to be gradually narrowed as it comes from a central part to both end sides of the block 2. A lower surface 16 of the upper beam 11 and an upper surface 17 of the lower beam 12 forming the fitting grooves 14 and 15 are inclined downward relative to the horizontal direction of the belt.
