    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding device capable of consistently ensuring the quality of a product, and reducing the manufacturing cost even when a large number of molded products per unit step are manufactured by the two-layer molding.SOLUTION: The powder molding device includes: a first powder supply unit 11 which is reciprocally movable in a powder molding area 6 of a die 2 to supply first powder to the powder molding area 6; a temporarily pressing mechanism 8 capable of temporarily pressing the first powder supplied to the powder molding area 6 in a compressing manner; and a second powder supply unit 12 which is reciprocally movable in the powder molding area 6 to supply the second powder to the powder molding area 6. A plurality of filling parts 7 corresponding to shapes of molded articles 50 are formed in the powder molding area 6, and arranged so that the arraying direction of the filling parts 7 and the reciprocally moving direction M12 of the second powder supply part 12 may be orthogonal to each other.

      SOLUTION: In the powder molding apparatus 100, the apparatus which is provided with a die 22 in which the charging part 21 is formed, an upper punch 24 and a lower punch 27 which are supported freely movably back and forth, an upper crosshead 12 and an upper ram 14 which is supported with the upper crosshead 12 and a piston rod 17 is held freely movably up and down in the inside of a space which is formed in the ram, the upper punch 24 is fixed to the lower end part of the piston rod 17 and the powder molded products are held with the upper punch 24 and the lower punch 27 and released from the die while downwardly pressing the powder molded products formed in the charging part 21 with the piston rod 17 by supplying the air into the space. This apparatus is provided with a pressure adjusting mechanism for making variable the air pressure which is supplied to the space to downwardly press the piston rod 17.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder compaction device where an upper punch and a lower punch are synchronized and can be made to approach relatively to a die by a powder compaction device with a simple structure, thus a powder compacted part can be compacted in such a manner that the density on the upper punch side and lower punch side therein can be controlled to the desired one.
      SOLUTION: The powder compaction device 10 comprises: a die 11; a lower punch 40 fitted to the die 11 relatively movably; and an upper punch 20 supported relatively movably to the packing part A of the die 11 and the lower punch 40, and is provided with a synchronizing means 70 by which the lower punch 40 and the upper punch 20 are synchronized, and can be relatively made to approach to the packing part A at a prescribed ratio. The synchronizing means 70 is provided with a connection member 72 connecting the upper punch 20, the die 11 and the lower punch 40. The connection member 72 is freely rollable around the first connection part 73a at which the die 11 and the connection member 72 are connected.
