摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web conveying device and a printing machine capable of prolonging a durable life by suppressing wear caused by paper dust and stabilizing the conveyance of a web.SOLUTION: A web conveying device includes: a slitter configured to slit a conveyed web along a conveying direction; a first drag roller in rotation-contact with the web and provided at the opposite side of the slitter across the web; a slitting entrance guide roller 42 in rotation-contact with the web and provided at the upstream side of the slitter and the first drag roller in the web conveying direction; a slitting exit guide roller 43 provided at the downstream side of the slitter and the first drag roller in the web conveying direction. The slitting entrance guide roller 42 and the slitting exit guide roller 43 are separately provided with a roller body 53 composed of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and a metal layer 54 provided at the outer peripheral side of the roller body 53.
