    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold which is simple in structure, can satisfactorily withstand a resin pressure during resin packing by increasing rigidity when combined with a main mold, is reduced in heat quantity transmission loss during heating/cooling, well responds to the temperature change of a cavity insert, and is effective in reducing costs.
      SOLUTION: In a resin molding mold in which a cavity is formed on a mating face when cavity inserts are fitted into respective fixed and movable molds and contacted with each other, each cavity insert forms an inlet side manifold part having a hollow part having a heat transfer medium inlet on one side, an outlet side manifold part having a hollow part having a heat transfer medium outlet on the symmetric side of the manifold part, a plurality of heat transfer medium passages communicating with both manifold parts integrally and is constituted of thermal insulation boards formed between each cavity insert with notches formed in one surface or both surfaces of the boundary between the region corresponding to a molding of the cavity insert and a manifold part region, the fixed mold, the movable mold, and each cavity insert.
