    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of supplying a refrigerant to a water heat exchanger without mounting a refrigerant pump. SOLUTION: This air conditioner constituted by connecting a compressor 12 driven by an engine 11, an indoor-side heat exchanger 13, an outdoor-side heat exchanger 14 and a four-way valve 15 by a refrigerant line 16, and having the water heat exchanger 17 as a heat exchanger to recover the exhaust heat of the engine 11, further comprises a liquid refrigerant supply tank 20 communicating with an accumulator 29 as a liquid refrigerant accumulating means mounted on the refrigerant line 16 to accumulate the liquid refrigerant 18, and two pressurizing and depressurizing tanks 21-1, 21-2 for sucking/discharging the liquid refrigerant 18 from the liquid refrigerant supply tanks 20 by pressurizing and depressurizing means, the heat of the discharged liquid of the liquid refrigerant from the pressurizing and depressurizing tanks is exchanged by the water heat exchanger 17, and the gas refrigerant 23 produced by the heat exchange is supplied to a gas refrigerant discharge line 25 side from the compressor 12 through a gas refrigerant supply line 24.
