      SOLUTION: This hot-dip metal plating apparatus comprises a pair of facing leveling rolls composed of a leveling roll 5 with a small diameter and a leveling roll 6 with a large diameter, the latter of which is arranged in the down stream side of a strip flow; and bearings 7 and 8 for each of leveling rolls 5 and 6, which are installed above the surface of the molten metal 2 in a plating tank 1. When the leveling rolls 5 and 6 are arranged so as to make bearings 7 and 8 appear over the surface of the molten metal 2, they have a squeezing function, in addition to a C-camber-levelling function which general leveling rolls have. The pair of leveling rolls 5 and 6 can efficiently level the C camber of the strip 3, when making the leveling roll 5 in the upstream have a small diameter so as to acquire an increased levelling force, and the leveling roll 6 in the down stream have a large diameter, because the roll 6 smooths the strip 3 levelled by the roll 5.
