    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burned ash deposition prevention device enabling stable blowout of gas by preventing the nozzle thereof from being closed by burned ash and also provide a duct having the device.
      SOLUTION: This burned ash deposition prevention device comprises: the tilted duct 1 having a gradient higher toward the wake side of the flow of a combustion gas for guiding the combustion gas including burned ash; a rising part 2a vertically projecting from the bottom part 1a of the tilted duct 1; and a blowout part 2b communicating with the rising part 2a and blowing out a gas toward the downstream side of the combustion gas flowing in the tilted duct 1. The blowout part 2b is disposed at a position lower in height than the vertical height of the rising part 2a. A lowering part 2c folded from the rising part 2a, lowering toward the blowout part 2b, and reaching the bottom part 1a of the tilted duct 1 is formed between the rising part 2a and the blowout part 2b. The top of the rising part 2a is higher than the blowout part 2b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher efficiency of preparation work of inspecting a boiler with a shortened blowing time by supplying a N gas to the boiler in blowing from the boiler to accomplish the blowing effectively. SOLUTION: In a blow tank device, blowing water from a boiler 1 is guided to a blow tank 4 via blowing pipes 3a and 3b having open/close valves 2a and 2b to separate air from water in the blow tank 4. The air is released into the atmospheric air from an exhaust pipe 6 while the water is drained outside the system via a drain pipe 5. In the boiler, a pressurization pipeline with an open/close valve 8 is provided to supply a pressure gas and an opening-closing means valve 7 is provided on the exhaust pipe 6 to open or close an exhaust pipeline. The opening-closing means 7 is closed during the pressurized blowing period to raise a pressure within the blow tank 4 thereby pushing out water by the pressure.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor spraying desuperheater equipped with a vapor temperature reducing means for reducing temperature of sprayed vapor to a design temperature of an instrument downstream of instrument or lower. SOLUTION: An upstream side piping 11 of a turbine bypass valve 10 is connected with a main vapor pipe, and a downstream side piping 12 is connected to a condenser. Although a desuperheater 13 is disposed in the downstream side piping, temperature reducing water is supplied to the desuperheater through a temperature reducing water pump, a temperature reducing water control valve 14, and temperature reducing water piping 15. Further, sprayed vapor is supplied to the temperature reducing device through an upstream side vapor spraying tube 16 branched from the upstream side piping, a sprayed vapor control valve 17, and a downstream side sprayed vapor tube 18. Furthermore, an air cooling vapor condenser 30 is inserted into the downstream side vapor spraying tube to lower the sprayed vapor temperature.
