A location heated by the infrared heating apparatus 102 is moved to a location that can be captured by the infrared camera 103 by the rotation of the roll 101, and an infrared image at the location is captured. By rotating the roll 101, heating and the capturing of infrared images can be continued, thus inspecting the coating separation quickly.
