    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper structure of a tilt cabin increased in safety by preventing the tilt cabin from being lowered during the operation in a work vehicle on which the tilt cabin is mounted. SOLUTION: This stopper structure 1 of the tilt cabin is formed in the work vehicle 31 having the cabin 33 tiltably supported on a vehicle body. The stopper structure comprises a rod 10 having one end fitted to the cabin 33 and a casing 2 having one end fitted to the vehicle body 31. The casing 2 has a guide groove 5 into which a stopper pin 11 fixed to the rod 10 is slidably fitted. The guide groove 5 has an upper locking part 7 on the upper side of the vehicle body 31 relative to the center of gravity of the cabin 33 and a lower locking part 6 on the lower side. The stopper structure further comprises a biasing spring 18 for biasing the rod 10 toward the locking parts 6, 7 and a release lever 15 for unfixing of the rod 10 to the locking parts 6, 7 by pressing the rod 10 to the opposite side of the biasing spring 18.     • PURPOSE:To perform a stable tension control of new rewound paper, during connection, clearly known in its radius and inertia and given a proper brake gain corresponding to these radius and inertia by detecting the new rewound paper for its radius and width in the time of chucking the paper. CONSTITUTION:New rewound paper 1 is carried coming by a conveyer in a condition that arms 2, 3 are lifted. Next lowering the arms 2, 3 the rewound paper 1 is detected for the center of its paper tube further clamped by closing the arms 2, 3 in a width direction. Here by detecting height of the arm 3 with a position detector 4, a radius of the rewound paper 1 is known. While the detecting a position of the arm 3 in its width direction with a position detector 5, a width of the rewound paper 1 is known. Thereafter, again lifting the arms 2, 3, preparation of connecting the paper is performed. Accordingly, the radius and the width of the new rewound paper 1 can be known, and even inertia can be calculated.
