At least one of the deflecting magnets 59 is arranged movably, in such a way that the electron beams are deflected so as to be irradiated toward the outer surface of the bottom part of the container 15, and it can be adapted for a change in position of the outer surface of the bottom part, based on the changing of the type of the container 15.
