    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed drying apparatus that can reduce a drying cost, and to provide a gasification composite power generation system using coal.SOLUTION: The fluidized bed drying apparatus includes: a drying chamber body 102 for drying low-grade coal 101 as a dried object; a passage 150 for discharging fluidized gas and generated steam 104 from an upper part of the drying chamber body 102; a loading chute 153 communicated with an opening 152 provided on a partition wall 151 of the passage 150 and for loading therein low-grade coal 101; a dried coal discharge line Lfor discharging dried coal 101A as a dried object from the drying chamber body 102; a fluidizing gas supply line Lfor supplying fluidizing gas 107 to a lower part of the drying chamber body 102 to thus form a fluidized bed 111 together with the low-grade coal 101; a gas discharge line Lfor discharging therethrough fluidizing gas and generated steam 104 discharged from the passage 150; and a heating means 103 for heating the low-grade coal 101 supplied into the fluidized bed 111.
