    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating machine which has a hard corrosion-resistant coating with a sufficient strength against a load, impact force, and shearing force applied to the member in contact with a flowing gas, and also has high in reliability and efficiency.
      SOLUTION: In the rotating machine in which gases flow has the corrosion-resistant coating on the member in contact with the gas, the corrosion-resistant coating comprises a polyimide layer formed on the substrate upper part of the member. The polyimide layer is formed to contain dispersed ceramics particles. Even if corrosive components are contained in the flowing gases, the rotating machine has have corrosion resistance. Even if the corrosion-resistant coating receives a centrifugal force or load and impact from the gases or receives a shearing force due to mechanical contact on a member support part, the reliability and maintainability of the rotating machine are increased since it has sufficient hard, strength, and durability. Thus, the reliability and maintainability of the rotating machine are improved, and the stability, safety, and efficiency of the operation are improved.
