    • PURPOSE:To remarkably enhance strength of a molded article by passing continuous split glass fiber to which a coupling agent is imparted through molten resin having low viscosity and sticking molten resin to every single fiber, and thereafter bundling these fibers and cooling them and cutting them into a prescribed length. CONSTITUTION:The perforated slits 41 are formed in a die 33. The slits 41 and a melting device 34 of resin are connected to a passage of resin. Glass fibers 32 are allowed to flow out in a fibrous state one by one at a time through many discharge ports of a nozzle 31. The glass fibers 32 are brought into contact with an imparting roll 39. A coupling agent and an additive excepting a binder are imparted and the glass fibers are aligned and introduced into the slits 41 or the die 33 in this state. At this time, low-viscosity molten resin 40 is simultaneously introduced into the slits 41 of the 33 through the passage 42 of resin of the die 33 from the melting device 34 of resin. Every piece of fiber 32 is coated with resin. Thereafter glass fibers coated with molten resin are bundled and cooled in a cooling tank 35 and furthermore cut by a cutter 37 to give pellets 38. Thereby a state wherein fibers are dispersed and mixed with resin 40 one by one is shown in the cross sections of the pellets 38.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an economical equipment, which can be installed within a small area, by selectively supplying solvents from respective tanks to a treatment vessel and returning used solvents from the treatment vessel to the respective storage tanks. CONSTITUTION: When mixing two kinds of solvent for use, a solvent 4 is pumped from a storage tank 3 to a treatment tub 10 and a solvent 4a is pumped from a storage tank 3a. A treatment drum 11 is slowly turned and clothing 2 is washed by circulating mixed solvent. Liquids are discharged, the treatment drum 11 is rotated at a high speed, the mixed solvent on the clothing 2 is centrifugally separated and repeatedly discharged. The treatment drum 11 is slowly turned again, air is circulated and the clothing 2 is dried. Solvent gas evaporated from the clothing 2 is condensed by an air cooler 17 and flows through a collection route 21 into a distiller 15. The low boiling point solvent of the mixed solvent in the distiller 15 is distilled, flows through a capacitor 27 and a valve 32 to a water separator 22 and returns through solvent piping 23 to the tank. The high boiling point solvent is recovered into the storage tank 3a by opening a valve 32a (closing the valve 32).
