摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the buckling to be caused by working, in working of blank materials with an electric upsetter, by providing a work guide which encircles the blank material and is movable along the blank material. CONSTITUTION:For example, with a vertical type twin-shaft type upsetter, a blank material 5a is slidably sandwiched between clamping electrodes 1, 3 by a clamping cylinder 2. Thus sandwiched blank material 5a is moved upward by an upsetting cylinder 6a and an upsetter supporting port 7a. A series of devices including a work guide 16a and others for preventing the buckling of the blank material 5a are provided to the supporting part 7a. When the top end of the blank material 5a abuts on an anvil electrode 9a, a pressure switch actuates. Then the switch of a transformer 10a goes on automatically to supply electric current to the transformer 10a, flexible conductor 11a, anvil electrode 9a, blank 5a, clamping electrode 1, flexible conductor 12b and transformer 10a, thereby working the blank material 5a to a desired shape. The same holds true of other blank material 5b.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent dice from breaking down owing to looseness in die fixation by providing an opening, which communicates with a compressed air souce through a pressure detector, in an interface between either of upper and lower dice and a moving or fixed plate to which it is fitted in a die device. CONSTITUTION:To a frame 1, a ram 3 which moves up and down through a driver 2 is fitted, and a sliding member 5 at the top of it is provided with a moving plate 6 where an upper die 7 is fixed with a bolt 9. A lower die 7a is fixed on a fixed plate 10 installed on a frame head surface 1a with a clamping bolt 9a. The moving plate 6 and fixed plate 10 have small-sized holes 11 and 12, whose tips are connected to pipes 13 and 13a which communicate with a compressor 17. During operation, if the fitting of the upper die 7 or lower die 7a is loosened a gap is formed between it and the moving plate 6 or fixed plate 10 and compressed air is blown from the small-sized hole 11 or 12, so that air compression in the pipe 13 or 13a falls. Consequently, a pressure switch 14 operates to stop the operation of a press machine automatically, thus preventing the dice from breaking down.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency, by arranging bars in a row on a slope, picking out the bars two by two from the lower end of the row and feeding the bars two by two to a conveyor through a distributing section. CONSTITUTION:Bars 11 are aligned on an inclined rest board 27 and arranged in a row along a thrusting plate 29. The bars are then stopped by a stopper 28 and elevated two by two by a pusher 38 which is moved up and down from the end of the stopper 28. The bars roll onto an inclined guide plate 25 and drop from a throw-in gate 18 onto a sorting guide 14 shaped like a triangular prism. The bars are divided to both sides by the sorting guide and put on the carrier of a conveyor 12. As a result, the bars can be efficiently supplied to a two-piece-reception electric upsetter or the like.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make possible the two-pieces handling of an electric upsetter by providing double glippers on a turret disc and performing opening operation simultaneously and closing operation individually. CONSTITUTION:A material 29 is placed on V-grooved rails 17, 18 in the horizontal position of a material supplying device 10. The material is then rotated in the (a) direction and is erected perpendicularly by a drive unit. On the other hand, both main-and sub-grippers 36, 37 of the gripper in the turret position I are opened by a cam plate 59 in the rear part of a main gripper 36, by which the material 29 is gripped. A turret 50 is rotated 90 deg. counterclockwise around a shaft by the drive unit and is rotated to the position II. Next, a moving clamping electrode 63 advances and abuts on the material 29 in the position of (h), where the material 29 is gripped by a stationary clamping electrode 62 and both electrodes in the position of (i). At the same time, the main grip 36 closes its opening and retreats. The subgrip 37 is held opened by a cam plate 60. Here, given upsetting is performed. The subgrip 37 grips the bulged part 29A of the material with the portion projecting from the main grip and moves to III.

CONSTITUTION:When a motor 8 is in the nonconducting state, the brake of a motor 8 works so that a flat gear fails to rotate. Thus, a stopper 5 and a rod 1 engaging with the flat gear 6 won't move. A counter 16 provides a drive signal to a motor 8 through a controller 14 until coincidence is reached between the value set for a digital switch 17 and the movement of a stopper 4 fed through a signal line 19. When the undersurface of the stopper 4 flushes with the top of a stopper block, a limit switch is actuated to allow the controller 14 to halt the motor 8.
