      CONSTITUTION: Powdered sodium percarbonate is charged into a kneader. An aqueous soln. is prepared by blending a suitable percentage each of phosphoric acid or phosphate and an Mg compound or further adding an org. chelating agent. An adequate amount of this aqueous soln. is dropped into said kneader and well kneaded with the powdered sodium percarbonate. The kneaded material is granulated by extrusion through a screen and dried.

      CONSTITUTION: When granulated sodium percabonate, of high hygroscopicity and low storage stability, is stored in a tank, cooled air of less than 70% relative humidity and lower than room temperature is blown into the tank. The sodium percarbonate is cooled and simultaneously the atmosphere in the tank is replaced with the cooled air to decompose the hydrogen peroxide in the sodium percarbonate gradually and remove the formed water. The water contained in the sodium percarbonate and the humidity of the atmosphere in the storage tank are reduced to prevent the granules of sodium percarbonate to causing blocking with each other.
