    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for manufacturing automotive exterior parts excellent in the balance among fluidity, heat resistance, impact resistance, rigidity and a linear expansion coefficient and also excellent in electroconductivity, good coating adhesion and stagnation thermal stability (thermal stability when retained in a molten state for long hours).
      SOLUTION: The resin composition for manufacturing automotive exterior parts comprises a modified product {a component (A)} obtained by reacting, in a molten state, (A1) a polyphenylene ether, (A2) a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer comprising a vinyl aromatic compound polymer block A and a conjugated diene compound polymer block B, (A3) an unsaturated acid anhydride and/or an unsaturated acid and (A4) a radical initiator, and, incorporated therewith, a polyamide {a component (B)}, a pentaerythritol phosphite compound {a component (C)}, a phosphonite compound {a component (D)}, magnesium silicate (talc) {a component (E)}, electroconductive carbon black {a component (F)} and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer {a component (G)}, each in a specific ratio.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin composite molded article in which bonding strength at the thermally fused section of a thermoplastic resin sheet is large, an unfavorable shaping and wrinkles are not generated, excellent appearance is presented, and in addition, a deflection temperature at loading is high, and which is suitable for in-line coating.
      SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin hollow molded article is shaped in such a manner that two pieces of sheets are used, and closely joined to a die surface. In the thermoplastic resin hollow molded article, the thermoplastic resin is a polyphenylene ether resin composition (A-2). (1) The deflection temperatures at loading as the two pieces of the sheet materials are 120°C or higher. (2) When a temperature at which storage elasticity E' becomes 3×10
      8 Pa is taken as Th, and a temperature at which the storage elasticity E' becomes 1×10
      7 Pa is taken as Ts, (Ts-Th) is 20°C or lower. Also, (3) when hot plate weldable temperatures of the two pieces of the sheets are taken as Tw, (Tw-Ts) is 15°C or lower for the hollow molded article.
