    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus capable of overload operation in a state where discharge due to a flow charging phenomenon does not occur. SOLUTION: There are provided an electric apparatus body wherein an iron core and a winding are received in a tank and the tank is filled with an insulating medium, a cooling apparatus for cooling the electric apparatus body by circulating the insulating medium in the electric apparatus body, a cooling control unit for controlling the cooling apparatus, and an insulating medium temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the insulating medium in the electric apparatus body. In the cooling control unit, a dischargeless region upper limit flow rate temperature characteristic is stored as specific to the electric apparatus which does not give rise to electrostatic discharge caused by the flow charging phenomenon. An insulating medium circulation flow rate increasing means is provided in an insulating medium circuit so that, when the insulating medium temperature detected by the temperature detecting means exceeds a predetermined value in an overload state, the flow rate of the insulating medium circulating is increased between the interior of the electric apparatus and the cooling apparatus by the insulating medium circulation flow rate increasing means from the flow rate in a steady state to the flow rate, corresponding to the insulating medium temperature detected by the temperature detecting means which is in the range not exceeding the dischargeless region upper limit flow rate. SOLUTION: The gas-in-oil diagnostic equipment diagnoses the status of the electric apparatus in oil by analyzing acetylene dissolved in the insulation oil inside the electric apparatus in oil wherein the wiring is switched by the switch box. The equipment includes an operation counter which counts the number of operations of the switch box; a gas-in-oil analyzer which detects an amount of acetylene dissolved in the insulation oil inside the electric apparatus in oil; and a diagnostic device which compares the detected amount of acetylene with a reference value which is a product of an amount of acetylene generated when the switch gear operates one time and the wiring is switched one time which is found in advance and the number of operations of the switch gear, and determines that the precursor phenomenon of a major accident has occurred when the detected amount of acetylene exceeds the reference value.     • PURPOSE:To reduce the distance between coils and, at the same time, to transpose the coils at their connecting part by a method wherein the tapped coils are wound in parallel with a part or the whole part of a main coil. CONSTITUTION:Coils at every even sheets are connected in series after an internal end of a coil at every odd sheet has been connected to the internal end of the coil at every even sheets and an external end of the coil at every even sheets has been connected to the external end of the coil at every odd sheets. At this electromagnetic induction apparatus, tapped coils 7 are wound in parallel with a main coil 6; a rising lead part 8 of the tapped coils 7 is used as the lead for a tap. By this method, an insulation distance d3 between coils 4 and 5 can be reduced. The transposition to cancel a circulating current to be generated at the tapped coils 7 can be shared at a connecting part between the coils 4 and 5. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the external size of this product, to enhance the working efficiency at the connecting part and to form the coils easily.
