    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distortion compensating device generating larger distortion components than current distortion generating amplifiers.
      SOLUTION: The distortion compensating device is provided with a particular distortion generating circuit 17. The distortion generating circuit 17 distributes an input signal input to an input terminal 16 into two lines in an electric power distributor 51, and synthesizes outputs from the two lines in an electric power synthesizer 56. A first phase shifter 52 and a first distortion generator 53 are inserted to be connected in series with one of the two lines, while a second phase shifter 54 and a second distortion generator 55 are inserted to be connected in series with the other line. The first phase shifter 52 and the second phase shifter 54 are configured in such a way that a phase difference between an signal input from the first phase shifter 52 to the electric power synthesizer 56 via the first distortion generator 53, and an signal input from the second phase shifter 54 to the electric power synthesizer 56 via the second distortion generator 55, is 180 degree so that a double-level distortion component is output in comparison with the current devices.

A first output-matching circuit 20 is connected to the output-side of the transistor 5. A second input-matching circuit 21 is connected to the input-side of the transistor 7. The output power of the class-B operation transistor 3 is sent to the T branch 11 via a first isolator 9, and the output power of the class-C operation transistor 4 is sent to the T branch 11 through a second isolator 10. The load impedance of the class-B operation transistor 3 is set to a fixed value by the first isolator 9, and the load impedance of the class-C operation transistor 4 is set to a fixed value by the second isolator 10.

      SOLUTION: The isolation device is equipped with a first light emitting diode D1 which emits light responding to input signals, a first photo coupler PC1 which is equipped with a first photo transistor T1 that produces a first current I1 receiving light emitted from the first light emitting diode D1, an amplifier U2 which amplifies a potential difference between two potentials applied from outside and outputs the amplified potential difference, a second light emitting diode D2 which emits light by a current Id2 responding to the output potential of the amplifier U2, a second photo coupler PC2 which is equipped with a second photo transistor T2 that produces a second current I2 receiving light emitted from the second light emitting diode D2, and a resistor 2 which obtains a potential that indicates output signals corresponding to the current Id2. The amplifier U2 amplifies a potential difference between a potential and a ground potential produced by the first current I1 and the second current I2. When the first current I1 and second current I2 become equal to each other, output signals identical to input signals can be obtained.
