    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker attaining highly accurate temperature measurement in the vicinity of a target temperature. SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker includes: a top plate 3 provided on an upper part of a body 1 to place a cooking object 2; a heating coil 24 disposed under the top plate 3 within the body 1; and a control unit 21. When the control unit 21 determines that the temperature has reached a temperature zone for a boil cooking mode based on the temperature detected by a thermistor 11 for use in normal cooking for measuring the temperature of the cooking object 2, it measures the temperature by switching the thermistor 11 for use in normal cooking to a higher resolution thermistor 12 for use in boil cooking. The same thing also applies to a case in which the control unit 21 determines from the temperature detected by the thermistor 11 for normal cooking use that the temperature has reached a temperature zone for a tempura cooking mode. Thus, highly accurate temperature measurement is possible in the vicinity of the target temperature such as the boil cooking temperature zone or the tempura cooking temperature zone, based on which highly accurate temperature control is possible.     • PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of the entire semiconductor integrated circuit by providing a power pin to a power wire of a reference voltage generating circuit separately and supplying power to the reference voltage generating circuit via other power pin only at a specific time. When the normal operation circuit block 1 is in operation, the same voltage as that to a low voltage side power pin 5 is applied to the high voltage side power pin 9a. In this case, the difference of potential between a wire part 10a of the reference voltage generating circuit 22 and a wire part 6 is lost and the potential goes to a low voltage. Since the bias voltage between the base and emitter of a transistor(TR) Q3 for a constant current source in the specific circuit block 2 is zero, the TR Q3 is always turned off. Thus, the specific circuit block is stopped.
