Two ribs formed of an outer rib 21 and subordinate inner rib 22 are formed on an entire circumference of one of connection parts between the under plate 11 and decorative panel 5, and an intermediate rib 23 engageable with a clearance between the two ribs is provided at the other thereof.

The air cleaning unit 20 is supported by the blower device body 3 so as to be freely drawn from the blower device body 3 into a direction parallel to the installation surface.
