      SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger 1, partition members 2 having heat transfer characteristics are superposed on each other at predetermined intervals with spacing members 3 in between to form a plurality of layers so that a primary air flow A and a secondary air flow B alternately pass between each of the layers, and heat belonging to the primary air flow A and heat belonging to the secondary air flow B are continuously exchanged through the partition members 2. Indoor air is sent through a fluid passage 4 of the primary air flow A of the heat exchanger 1 by an exhaust fan to carry out exhaust to the outside, outdoor air is sent through a fluid passage 5 of the secondary air flow B of the heat exchanger 1 by an air supply fan to carry out air supply to a room, and a normally opened direct pass 6 is provided with a pressure loss that is smaller than the fluid passages 4 and 5 of the heat exchanger 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items of a heat-exchanging ventilator, simplify assembling work, and reduce cost. SOLUTION: A heat-exchanging ventilator has such a constitution that an air feed passage for feeding outdoor air into a room and an exhaust passage for exhausting indoor air outdoors are defined within a main body casing in an independent state, respectively, that a blower 4 for exhausting air, which forms an exhaust air current, is mounted in the exhaust passage, while a blower 3 for feeding air, which forms an air feed current, is mounted in the air feed passage, and that heat-exchanging is effected between the air feed current and the exhaust air current by a heat exchanger 2. In this ventilator, the main body casing 1 is formed with a box-shaped casing base 6, whose one face is opened, and a main body cover 7, with which the open portion of the casing base 6 is capped. By joining the casing base 6 to the main body cover 7 all paths except a portion of the heat exchanger 2 in the air feed and exhaust passages are constituted with an air passage structure portion 28 formed inside the casing base 6 and the main body cover 7.

    • PURPOSE:To get a less-expensive ventilation fan of which installing characteristic is superior by a method wherein the ventilation fan is provided with an air blower forming a discharging passage communicating with a discharging port and a suction port, partition plates crossing at a right angle to each other are arranged at both ends to external connection ports and a pipe joint having bent partition walls cooperating with the partition plates at both ends. CONSTITUTION:Indoor air flow from a suction port 15 through a discharging port 20 and from an air supplying port 19 to a discharging port 14, a heat exchanging operation is carried out by a heat exchanger 35 and a concurrent sucking and discharging operation is carried out. In this case, the discharging flow from the discharging port 20 is rotated by 90 deg. by a pipe joint 21, discharged from a weather cover main body 27 through a double-layered pipe duct 25. Suction flow sucked from the weather cover main body 27 passes through the double-layered pipe duct 25 and is rotated by 90 deg. by the pipe joint 21. The air is supplied through the suction port 19 to the main body 12. With such an arrangement, in the event that the main body 12 is charged for its position by 90 deg. and installed at a wall 26, this can be accommodated only with the pipe joint 21 without changing angles of the weather cover main body 27, panel 28 and the double-layered pipe duct 25.
