      SOLUTION: The constant current source circuit is provided with a reference current source 11 for supplying driving current, and a current mirror circuit 12 for turning back a current supplied from the reference current source 11 to supply it to the differential amplifier circuit 2, wherein a resistor R3 is disposed between the current mirror circuit 12 and the differential amplifier circuit 2. In this way, the output impedance of the constant current source portion 12a can be ensured even in the high-frequency region and the deterioration of the common mode rejection ratio CMRR of the differential amplifier circuit 2 can be suppressed.
